We Will Meet Again

In that glorious land above

I will once more be with my sweet turtle-dove.

We will walk hand in hand once again,

This time without an end.

You will be forever mine

And I will be thine;  together our love will always shine.

All the heartaches, griefs and pain

Of this life will be washed away as soothing rain. 

Together we will explore the entire universe.

We will enjoy a world with no more curse.

Flowers will always bloom and birds will forever sing.

Life then for us will be the most beautiful thing.

In this world we have endured much suffering and sadness. 

But in our wonderful new world we will have only joy and gladness.

So for now I patiently wait for the happy moment when we will reunite

And walk together once more in perfect delight.

We will sing His praises through eternity.

We will worship our God fervently

For all the glory He has given

And for the power that He has risen. 

Without HIM it would all come to an end.

We would have neither life nor friend. 

He has promised us a day in which there is no death or pain.

We will rise to be with Him and Heaven will be our domain
