The 10 commandments were DEATH. Proof??? Yes:.....

11Cor. 3: 7. But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away:
8. How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious?

9. For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory.

10. For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth.

11. For if that which is done away was glorious, much more that which remaineth is glorious.
12. Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech:

13. And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:

14. But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.
15. But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.

16. Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.
17. Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

Let's take that a verse at a time:

7. this plainly identifies the 10 commandments, ( for this is the only set of laws ever to be written and engraven on STONE)... now he said this is DEATH. Yes, Moses was ministering DEATH to those people. That 10 commandments is DEATH. Why do you want DEATH so much? When you could have life?

v8-- Shows that the Grace is the ministration of Spirit, or life.

v9--again calls the ministration of the law CONDEMNATION; AND COMPARES IT WITH THE MINISTRATION OF GRACE AS THAT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS.

v10,& 11-- compares the two covenants and shows that the Grace, or Spirit excells in glory. It also showed that the death or law covenant was done away with.

v13-- again tells us that law covenant was ABOLISHED.

v14-- tells us that that law BLINDED THEIR EYES, AND EVEN TODAY WHEN YOU READ THE OLD TESTAMENT, YOU ARE BLINDED.

NOW THERE IS YOUR PROBLEM -- YOU HAVE BEEN BLINDED. SO HAS MILLIONS AND MILLIONS MORE. YOU REFUSE LIFE = GRACE;

AND LOVE DEATH = LAW. WHICH HAS BEEN ABOLISHED WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT.

v15..even today when MOSES (law) is read, the vail is upon their hearts; only turning to the Lord can take that veil away. So this proves none of you law keepers have turned to the Lord and liberty.

You law keepers are under death, bondage, blindness, darkness, veiled, and can't get out.

MORE  PROOF  THAT THE  10 COMMANDMENT LAW IS DEATH:~~~
Romans 7: 4.  Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

 5.  For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.
6.  But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.
 7.  What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.

 8.  But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.

 9.  For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.
 10.  And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death.
 11.  For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me.

Now I am just going to say this as plain as I know how.....`.  you are going to have to just outright call the whole N.T. a lie, if you keep saying that the 10 commandments are life and alive for us today.  Some very deceived people are saying that these 10 commandments are our only way of keeping destruction of this earth.
Well all I can say is~~  Blind people cannot see any light.
Verse 4 plainly says that in order to be married to Christ, we must be DEAD to that law.   DEATH.
v 5 plainly said that when they were in the flesh, the motions of sin, WHICH WERE BY THE LAW, BROUGHT FORTH DEATH TO THEM.   DEATH.
v6-- But  NOW we are DELIVERED  FROM THAT LAW.  NOW DID YOU HEAR THAT?  DELIVERED FROM THE LAW.......for what?  Because it was DEAD and holding them bound.  So he set them free so they could have LIFE.    That being  DEAD wherein we were held, meaning that law.    DEATH.
v8- the law brought  SIN.  Yes!  Read it!  For without the law,  SIN WAS DEAD.  See? dead.  Death.
Sin took occasion by the COMMANDMENT AND BROUGHT THEM INTO ALL MANNER OF EVIL
v9, is powerful..... it takes us back to before Moses' time.... back to the beginning and up to Moses..... I (mankind) was ALIVE   once  without   the  LAW.  ( this was before the law)...
but WHEN  the COMMANDMENT = LAW  came,  SIN  REVIVED, and I  DIED.  What?   the law came and I  DIED!!!!!!  Yes.  that law brought them DEATH.  It was  DEATH.  DEATH.  DEATH.  the law came,  and with it SIN..... AND WITH SIN.....DEATH.
v10,   I found the  COMMANDMENT   TO BE   DEATH.     DEATH.
Now I am telling you, this is the Word of God;  not Jo Smith.  If you deny this, you are calling God a lie, not me.
v11-- (Now Jack said the out-pouring of the Spirit is what is deceiving the world)  (that is a blasphemous statement if there ever was one).......  but read v 11.... what did it say deceived man?  that law.
Sin, by that law, DECEIVED  ME  AND BY IT (LAW)    SLEW  (KILLED) (DEATH) ME = MAN-KIND.
Without  LAW, there is not SIN..  without  SIN,,,, there is no DEATH.  SIN,  BY THE LAW,, DEATH BY LAW.   IT IS DEATH.  MOSES MINISTERED  DEATH  TO THEM.   DEATH, LAW IS THAT 7TH HEAD ON THE BEAST.
JESUS KILLED DEATH AT CALVARY---- HE KILLED THE LAW--- HE ABOLISHED IT------ BUT THE BEAST, MAN WITHOUT GOD, REVIVED IT.
They blame the Catholics,  but the Adventist revived that law head.

The  DARKNESS is  PAST,  and the true LIGHT   NOW  SHINETH,   THIS IS N.T.
 
IF THAT LAW WERE LIGHT, LIFE,   WHY WAS THE TRUE LIGHT JUST   NOW (N.T. times)  shining?
 
To have light,  life,   you must  REJECT   DEATH, DARKNESS.
 
You love darkness rather than light.

POINT  OUT  SIN???  Why---- why are you so hooked up on having sin pointed out? 
 
without LAW,  sin is dead.
 
if you have and want sin,  if you have and want  law,  you are dead.   and will be dead eternally.

is there not many angels that proceed out of the letter and seem to be angels of light
because of the letter they seem that the message you hear may be from the Lord ,but is not, but is the works of the devil.(Spiritwalker)
This is amazing indeed.  As Larry told you, we were just a short while ago (today) saying this very same thing.  I am so glad to see you and Lolady coming in here with this great insight and teaching.  Praise God for this.
I have wondered my own self how the 10 commandments could be death; of satan; even though I could clearly see that it was and have been teaching this a good many years.  But still, since God wrote them with his fingers, it is hard to see that they could be death; of Satan.
But God has revealed it to me.  It came with just the same Scripture you quote. Satan is transformed as an angel of light;  his ministers also are transformed as ministers of light.  How?
Because they say truth ~~~ but the problem is they make it LAW.  Law is death.  Law demands every transgression be punished.
Remember, ~~once a LYING SPIRIT went forth from God's presence,  with God's permission to be a LYING SPIRIT IN THE MOUTH OF AHABS' PROPHETS, to get Ahab to the battle so he could be killed.
See God let that lying spirit go forth from Him and deceive Ahab.  Many people claim this proves God is not true nor his word.  But they are in darkness.  If people desire evil; idols, satan, sin, God will let them have it.  He will let lying spirits go out and deceive these people.
That is exactly what happened with Moses and the Isarelites.  Moses, a man in grace, prayed for his people to find Grace;  but they could not.  So God told him to go up that Mt. and get that law.  The people were deathly  AFRAID of God's presence which came down on that Mt.  Why?
As Lolady said,  they did not have grace, so they feared God.  That is law.  Fear.  Grace, the Holy Ghost causes us to love His presence; crave it.  But the law people fear and dispise that presence of God.  That is why they dispise the Holy Ghost and speaking in tongues.  That is why they fight this. 
They said don't let God speak anymore to us.  So Moses said o.k.  God said they want sin and evil, I will give them law that I may destroy them.  Moses knew if they were under law, God would destroy them.  He had to.
He could give them no mercy;  for under Law is no mercy.  God wanted to destroy this evil nation.  See, Once he told Moses to get out of his way so he could destroy them all.  But Moses interceeded for them and God listened to Moses.  For He saw Moses only;  He saw grace when he looked at Moses.  Under Grace, God does NOT SEE OUR SIN.  WHAT A BLESSED PLACE TO BE IN.  JO IS WHITE IN HIS SIGHT; FOR I AM HID IN CHRIST JESUS; AND HIS GRACE COVERS ME AND GOD SEEs ME AS A MEMBER OF THE BODY OF JESUS; SO GOD SEES ME AS PURE WHITE AND CLEAN;  NO SIN.
Under law, God sees only you as a sinner and you are doomed to hell.  For you rejected the atonement of Jesus to put you under his Grace.
So since the Isralites wanted idols, sin, and rebellion, God gave them Satan.  God gave the a lying spirit.  God gave them law;  God gave them laws which were not good, and by which they could not live.
God let Satan, that tree of the knowledge of good and evil be given to them;  this is LAW.
Good and evil.  What is that?  Just what spiritwalker said;;;;; and evil angel transforming himself as light.  For he (Satan) said,  Love the Lord God with all your heart, soul, body and mind.........
WHAT??   satan said that?  Yes that is law.
Love your neighbor as yourself.  Satan told them that.  Law. What?  yes.
Remember the Sabbath day to keep it Holy.....  this is evil.  Yes.  Why?  Because it is LAW.
Thou shalt not steal.  This is evil  Yes.  Why?  Because it is LAW.
Now does this mean it is bad to Love God?  or your neighbor?  or keep Sabbath? or not steal....... is all this evil.  No it is good.  Then what is the answer?
Listen...... God hates LAW.  God loves  GRACE.
But if one insists on being under law,,,,, then one must be punished for every transgression.  You can't hid your sins from God;  not even your thoughts.
Every thought had better be pure, holy and clean. 
But Satan transformed himself as an angel of LIGHT  by saying,  Love the Lord your God;  Love your neighbor.  Who could guess that it was damning?  Why or how is it damning?  Because he made it be LAW.
That is how it is   GOOD AND   EVIL.  It is the right thing to do.... but if it is by law, then it is evil.
If I need a LAW TELLING ME I HAD BETTER LOVE GOD OR BE KILLED, THEN THIS IS NOT GOD'S WAY.  IF I NEED A LAW TELLING ME I HAD BETTER NOT STEAL,,, THEN THIS IS NOT PLEASING TO GOD; 
IF I HAVE TO HAVE A LAW TELLING ME TO LOVE AND TREAT MY NEIGHBOR RIGHT , THEN IT IS NOT GOOD IN ME;  BUT I AM DOING IT OUT OF FEAR BECAUSE OF LAW.
If it is law, and I fail even one time, then I must die for my sin.  God hates that.  God loves mercy.  He wants to give us mercy.
See ,when that law bunch brought that woman taken in adultry to Jesus, they knew and said to him,  THE LAW SAID TO KILL  HER;   BUT   WHAT  DO YOU SAY?
See, they already knew that Jesus HATED THAT LAW;  HE LOVED GRACE AND MERCY; HE DID NOT WANT TO DESTROY ANYONE;  BUT BY LAW IT HAD TO BE DONE.
HE HAD TO KILL THIS WOMAN IF HE LOOKED AT HER BY THE LAW;  SO HE WROTE DOWN THEIR OWN SINS BY WHICH THEY ALSO NEEDED TO BE KILLED, AND THEY WALKED AWAY;  LEAVING HIM FREE TO GIVE HER MERCY AND FORGIVENESS.
Under that Law he could not do that.  He would have had to kill her.  God hates this.  So when Satan says love God;  but it is law, then he takes you into damnation.
But if I love God out of Grace; not law, then it is life.  Paul said give, but not my constraint;  constraint is a must;  = law.
We are under no law to give.  God does not want it under law.  He said he loves a cheerful giver.  in other words, someone who gives because they truly WANT TO; OUT OF LOVE.  NOT BECAUSE A LAW SAID YOU HAD BETTER DO THIS OR BE KILLED.
MAY GOD HELP YOU ALL TO GET THIS TRUTH.
IF IT IS LAW,  THEN IT IS NOT LOVE;  IF IT IS LAW, THEN YOU MUST BE KILLED IF YOU DISOBEY EVEN ONE TIME.  ONE THING.  ONE POINT.
GOD DOES NOT WISH TO DESTROY YOU; BUT IF YOU INSIST ON REJECTING JESUS' GRACE AND FORGIVENESS AND HIS BLOOD,  THEN HE HAS NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO DESTROY YOU BY LAW.

 Eph. 2: 14.  For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
 15.  Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
 16.  And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: 
 Now some have contended that it was not the law of COMMANDMENTS which were abolished.  Well, the above Scripture absolutely PROVES that this is the very thing it said was abolished-- the LAW OF COMMANDMENTS.
What other law of commandments is there if not the 10?  This said Jesus ABOLISHED this in his flesh.  this says that that law was the enmity.  when he abolished this enmity, the law of commandments, he made peace.
It also says we are reconciled to God by the cross; not keeping commandments.  If this is not clear enough for you to see, I just don't know of anything which could open your eyes.
