I would like to show the women, a little something about Phebe here in Romans 16

16:1 I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant of the church which is at Cenchrea:
(First of all  Paul said he commended Phebe..... he was saying that he approved her and that she was worthy and that he had much confidence in her and that he entrusted her. He was going to leave her in charge because he had confidence that she was able to what he ask her to do. He had faith in her that she could be trusted. She was a servant. Servant here means one who executes the commands of another, esp. of a master, a servant, attendant, minister; a waiter, one who serves food and drink.

Now you are going to have to open spiritual eyes to see this... she was a minister that was going to serve food and drink, while Paul was gone. The food and drink was not natural food that we eat. It is spiritual food and drink for your soul. Do you remember that Jesus said in John 6:55...For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.... that is the food and drink that she was serving. As I said it is not natural. Jesus also told the woman at the well...John 4:14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. This is the food and drink that Phebe was serving. That is why he left her in charge. )

2 That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also. (Paul was saying that you receive or accept her in the Lord. Do you know why he said accept her in the Lord is because in the Lord .....  Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. He said assist her meaning to give support or help : to make it easier for someone to do something or for something to happen. He said you will need to support her and stand by her, make it easier on her.
He said that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you. He was saying that she was going to need the people to stand behind her and help her anyway they could.  Now this is where it gets deep...  for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also.
Succourer meaning a woman set over others. The same thing spoken in Genesis 2: 18 And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. Now lets look at what the word help meet means...  it means help, succour help, succour one who helps. No I did not repeat myself,it says it twice, that is the meaning of help meet. God is very precise and it is showing two witness Succourer also means
someone who gives help in times of need. So she was helping Paul in his time of need.

Now I know a lots of you may be questioning this because you think Paul was saying in 1 Corinthians 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.
5 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
Women you need to understand that this was not Paul saying this, it was the Corinthians men. Paul was only answering a question that they wrote to him. See they took it back also saith the law. Women if you are still under the law you are to keep silence, or it is not permitted unto you to speak. Remember this is the answer that  Paul wrote in a letter to their response to those men. Paul said, "WHAT" came the word of God out from you? or came it unto you only?  Paul said in1 1 COR 14:37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord. Paul never at any time command any one to go back to law.
Women you are no more under that law, you are under grace. where you have been set free. You are able to do anything in Christ Jesus.
Jhn 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. Praise God, women you are no longer in bondage of that law. This free gift comes to all men (mankind)
