No, it is not just a story about David and Goliath. If you have no spiritual understanding, yes it is just a story. But the ones with the spiritual understanding know that 1 Samuel 17 is a war going on in the spiritual. David is showing Jesus or flesh or Jesus the Christ which is spiritual. I hope you can see that there is a fleshly side of Jesus and a spiritual side which is Jesus Christ. Goliath( Adam) is showing satan or Lucifer. The reason I said Lucifer is because he and Goliath and Adam all fell. All 3 fell. But the church organization revied Lucifer, Goliath, and satan. They even have a seat for the 3 which is one. Satan's kingdom is just like the kingdom of God. His body is one as Jesus Christ body is one. One body and many members. That is the reason we must make Goliath and his kingdom fall. Just as Jesus the Christ made Goliath, Adam, Lucifer fall. We need to do the same. These Goliaths ( churches. pastors etc. must fall. These Goliaths have the authority that their daddy (Adam) has. Goliath is in charge of or controlling other people. Is this not what these pastors, preachers etc. do? Sure it is. To prove that the seat of satan is in these church organizations. Revelation 2:13 (KJV) 13 I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth. ( yes, he sits in his throne seat in the churches. He sits up there lifting himself up as God. He is the high priest. I suppose you know who he is. He is the church pastor or elder bishop of whatever they call themselves. He is the one you look to and he tells you it is alright to worship your idols. idols worship is not of God. It is of Adam (satan) and under his control. The word says Acts 7:48 Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands; as saith the prophet, Acts 17:24 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; ( Satan) sits up there as most High and as if he is on the throne of God the Most High. These temples ( churches) made with hands are not of God. God is not in these temples ( churches). God dwells in his people and shall be in you. His Spirit that dwelleth in you. 1 Corinthians 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? As said earlier this about David and Goliath is spiritual warfare and we must defeat Goliath. All of this began in the book of Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. Genesis 4:1 And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the Lord. Genesis 4:2 And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. There was a fleshly side and a spiritual side in Eve. Cain was the fleshly side, the seed of Adam ( satan) an Able was the spiritual seed which was of Eve. The strong's meaning of Cain is possession and I looked up what possession meant; a. The state of being dominated or controlled. This is what is happening in these church organizations. These so-called men of God are as Goliath who has the desire to own or dominate the people. I know most of you will say my pastor does not. But you are so wrong. You will not hear from the true ministers of God but you are hearing only what they tell you and you like it. Yes, you like your evil idol holidays and every other thing concerned with it. The people perish from a lack of knowledge There were 2 nations in Eve..... Genesis 25:23 And the Lord said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger. ( what is a valley? A low area of land between hills or mountain often having a river running along the bottom. What does this show us? It is a shadow or type of the Holy Ghost. John 7:38King James Version (KJV) He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. Psalm 1:1... Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. Revelation 22:1 And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. (This water of life comes from the throne of the living God. Not some man-made throne that lifts himself up above the people sitting in the seat of satan as a god. Ezekiel 28King James Version (KJV) 28: The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying, 2 Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord God; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God: ( what does this sea represent? it is water and the water in scripture represents; Revelation 17:15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. (So from this is there are many people sitting under the leadership of satan and the church is the whore. But there are also people sitting under the leadership of Jesus and the apostles which is from the true throne of God and drinking from the pure river of water of life, clear as crystal. This water is from God and the Lamb. Interesting that he should mention God and Lamb. Showing two different ones. 2 And Saul and the men of Israel were gathered together, and pitched by the valley of Elah, and set the battle in array against the Philistines. ( what is the meaning of array. From the Webster dictionary..... to dress or decorate especially in splendid or impressive attire : adorn. These Israelite were dressed the same as the Philistine Goliath was arrayed in. Your Goliath ( pastors, preachers etc.) and church are dressed the same as Goliath. More on this below. Eze 28:17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. ( splendor, brightness, shining meaning the same thing.) 7 Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness. I am going to have to leave off a few vs. because this is longer than I thought it would be. But no one will even get this far in the message. Only a few. But I am seeing some new things myself. 1 Sam 17:8 And he stood and cried unto the armies of Israel, and said unto them, Why are ye come out to set your battle in array? am not I a Philistine, and ye servants to Saul? choose you a man for you, and let him come down to me. ( the Philistine was calling for a man and there was not a man willing to go to battle this great giant. Ezekiel 22:30 And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none. ( there was none among Israel that would fight this great giant. he even called again for the Israelites to send out a man: 10 And the Philistine said, I defy the armies of Israel this day; give me a man, that we may fight together. 11 When Saul and all Israel heard those words of the Philistine, they were dismayed, and greatly afraid. ( they were afraid and dismayed because they did not have a man that would fight him. 20 And David rose up early in the morning, and left the sheep with a keeper, and took, and went, as Jesse had commanded him; and he came to the trench, as the host was going forth to the fight, and shouted for the battle. 21 For Israel and the Philistines had put the battle in array, army against army. 22 And David left his carriage in the hand of the keeper of the carriage, and ran into the army, and came and saluted his brethren. 23 And as he talked with them, behold, there came up the champion, the Philistine of Gath, Goliath by name, out of the armies of the Philistines, and spake according to the same words: and David heard them. ( he spake the same thing as before. Is there not a man? ) 25 And the men of Israel said, Have ye seen this man that is come up? surely to defy Israel is he come up: and it shall be, that the man who killeth him, the king will enrich him with great riches, and will give him his daughter, and make his father's house free in Israel. 26 And David spake to the men that stood by him, saying, What shall be done to the man that killeth this Philistine, and taketh away the reproach from Israel? for who is this uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God? 27 And the people answered him after this manner, saying, So shall it be done to the man that killeth him. 31 And when the words were heard which David spake, they rehearsed them before Saul: and he sent for him. 32 And David said to Saul, Let no man's heart fail because of him; thy servant will go and fight with this Philistine. ( praise God there was a man found that would fight this giant. there is still a few men and women that can still be found fighting this Goliath. These giants of these churches must fall. David is Jesus. Yes, he is symbolic of Jesus the Christ. Yes, David (Jesus) fought the Giant Goliath at Calvary and he won. The same as the true ministers of God are going to win. Rev 5:2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? 3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon. 4 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. 5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. Ephesians 2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; ( law of commandments contained in ordinances was the Goliath that Jesus killed at Calvary. But as usual the church revied this Goliath and we are still fighting against a giant. 38 And Saul armed David with his armour, and he put an helmet of brass upon his head; also he armed him with a coat of mail. 39 And David girded his sword upon his armour, and he assayed to go; for he had not proved it. And David said unto Saul, I cannot go with these; for I have not proved them. And David put them off him. ( as I said earlier These Israelite were dressed the same as the Philistine Goliath was arrayed in. This was not the armor for David and he took off this armor. David or Jesus knew what the armor they needed; Ephesians 6:10-18 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. ... ( they knew this was spiritual warfare and it was not only flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. David knew this but the other Israelites did not see it. They had no spiritual eyesight as most of you cannot see spiritual things. 40 And he took his staff in his hand, and chose him five smooth stones out of the brook, and put them in a shepherd's bag which he had, even in a scrip; and his sling was in his hand: and he drew near to the Philistine. ( what does stone mean in scripture? lets see. 1 Peter 2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. ( scripture says the people are stones that are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. But what is David ( Jesus) showing? Ephesians 2:20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;( now that we see Jesus Christ ( David) was the chief cornerstone, what are the five stones showing? Ephesians 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; ( there are your 5 stones. The true ministry of God in the brook. These are New Testament ministers. 41 And the Philistine came on and drew near unto David; and the man that bare the shield went before him. 42 And when the Philistine looked about, and saw David, he disdained him: for he was but a youth, and ruddy, and of a fair countenance. 43 And the Philistine said unto David, Am I a dog, that thou comest to me with staves? And the Philistine cursed David by his gods. 44 And the Philistine said to David, Come to me, and I will give thy flesh unto the fowls of the air, and to the beasts of the field. 45 Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied. 46 This day will the Lord deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel. 47 And all this assembly shall know that the Lord saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is the Lord's, and he will give you into our hands. (David, Just like the lion and the bear he slew, Goliath shall come down too.For the battles, are not our's but the Lord's.) 48 And it came to pass, when the Philistine arose, and came, and drew nigh to meet David, that David hastened, and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. 49 And David put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slang it, and smote the Philistine in his forehead, that the stone sunk into his forehead; and he fell upon his face to the earth. 50 So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the Philistine, and slew him; but there was no sword in the hand of David. 51 Therefore David ran, and stood upon the Philistine, and took his sword, and drew it out of the sheath thereof, and slew him, and cut off his head therewith. And when the Philistines saw their champion was dead, they fled. 52 And the men of Israel and of Judah arose, and shouted, and pursued the Philistines, until thou come to the valley, and to the gates of Ekron. And the wounded of the Philistines fell down by the way to Shaaraim, even unto Gath, and unto Ekron. 53 And the children of Israel returned from chasing after the Philistines, and they spoiled their tents. I will close for now. I would loved to have commented on the list of the last scriptures. I also needed to say more about Lucifer. But if the Lord sees fit maybe I will. We must put on the whole armour of God and defeat this Goliath. As I said earlier this Goliath must fall and never let these church organizations revive him. People, we can no longer be as sheep led to the slaughter. We must arm ourselves. We cannot defeat Goliath with his own array. We must do as David ( Jesus Christ ) and take off the armor of Goliath. We are more than conquerors, we are warriors fit for the battle. We were trained for this battle. As same as David was trained. He was a shepherd and he took care of his sheep. We must be prepared to kill Goliath. We will take care of our sheep. We know that this is a spiritual battle. We have put on the whole armor of God. As is the title of this message, Goliath you Are Going To Fall.
